At Jackson Square we can take care of all your jewelry and watch servicing and repair needs.

For Jewelry, please bring the piece into our Redwood City Store where our experienced staff will help you with estimates and how pieces can be repaired.

For watches, we have a staff of Rolex-trained watchmakers in house, therefore our service is superior to other jewelers in the Bay Area, and our prices are so much more affordable.

A typical Complete Overhaul (COH) of a Rolex is from $325-$425 in our store in comparison with other jewelers at $450-$600. Service on other Swiss watches is available. A free estimate is given for each.

Here is what we do:
1. Your watch has more than 220 components that we will meticulously service according to factory standards. From the time we receive your authorization, at least 2-3 weeks will be needed to disassemble, clean, lubricate, regulate, follow up and adjust your watch.

2. According to Rolex standards, your watch will be tuned within +/- 2-3 seconds per day. However, the best mechanical watch may vary slightly, we will then rejust your watch to fit your Life style. We will also give you a 1-year warranty for our Service.

3. If you have a Rolex or waterproof watch, whenever you open your winding crown, it is important to remember to tighten it securely when done, especially prior to engaging in water-related activities. According to Rolex, your waterproof watch should be checked every 6 months, which we will perform FREE for you (a value of $25), if you purchased or serviced your watch from our store.
